Conceptual Estimating - Preparation of estimates at the 50% and 100% stages of conceptual or schematic design gives our client's the tools they need to make informed decisions.

Design Development Estimating - We recommend the preparation of estimates at 50% completion of design development. This estimate can then be simply updated upon completion of the design development process to reflect any modifications or other impacts.

Construction Document Estimating - These estimates will normally begin at the 50% stage and receive their final analysis when the bid documents are completed.

Change Order Estimating - In the event that a change order is required, we prepare a detailed estimate of the change order impact and cost. This estimate considers the stage of construction, analysis of any off-setting deletions and the most economical method to incorporate the change into the construction process.

Estimate Review and Analysis - When estimates are prepared by third parties, whether design firms, vendors or public utilities, DACM Project Management will evaluate the estimate scope, quantities and pricing to ensure consistency with the overall project scope, criteria, budget and current market prices.
